If the product is available, the order will be fulfilled in three to four days. However, it depends on your shipping location and availability of shipping schedule of the courier.

5. What shipping methods are available?
USPS, UPS or DHL. Indus-Crafts reserves the right to choose the best shipping method available for any delivery unless specific instructions have been provided by the customer.

7. Are all of your products one-of-a-kind, or do you accept customized orders?
Usually our items are one-of-a-kind, however, we accept orders for customization of Rilli quilts. Place your customized orders through contact form www.indus-crafts.com .
8. How will a shopper know exactly what the product they want will look like?
There will be photos of the products on the website along with detailed specifications. Most products will be exactly the same but expect slight variations especially sizes and in customized orders due to 100% handwork involved.
9. Are there ever any issues with customs?

10. Why exact prices of the products, especially Rilli, are not mentioned on the website?
As there are different variations of same designs of Rillis in our stock and the price of each variation is different due to the type of fabric used, number of layers inside the Rilli and different sizes. Due to limited online space, it is not practical to put pictures and prices of all variations under same design. You can always contact us anytime through the order form to get more details of any specific product.
11. Do you provide 'gift' or 'special tax' invoices to help buyers to avoid taxation in their country?
International shipments may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. The customer is responsible for paying all such taxes and duty charges assessed and Indus Crafts shall take no responsibility for altering or adjusting invoices in order to circumvent such taxes.
